Performance advertising agency

Ads that catch, then spread.

Flashover is a paid media agency for brands that have outgrown boosting posts. We buy the media, make the creative that runs in it, and report on what it actually returned — not what the platform says it did.

No pitch deck. We audit your account and tell you what we'd change.

What we do

Six disciplines, one team, one P&L

Media buying and creative sit in the same room. That is the whole reason the work moves faster.

Paid Social

Meta, TikTok and Pinterest buying run by the people who also brief the creative — so the account structure and the ads are designed against each other, not in separate rooms.

  • Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Pinterest & Snap
  • Audience and exclusion architecture

Paid Search

Search, Shopping and Performance Max managed against profit rather than platform-reported conversions, with query mining done by hand every week.

  • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Shopping & Performance Max
  • Search term mining
  • Brand defence

Creative Production

Static, motion and UGC-style video made specifically to be tested. Concepts are built as variable sets, not one-offs, so a winner tells you why it won.

  • Direct-response video
  • Static and motion concepts
  • UGC-style production
  • Ad-native copywriting

Testing & Iteration

A weekly cadence of structured tests on hooks, formats and offers, with a documented rule for what gets scaled, iterated or cut.

  • Creative testing frameworks
  • Offer and landing page tests
  • Incrementality checks
  • Structured iteration cycles

Landing & Conversion

The page after the click, treated as part of the ad. Built and tested alongside campaigns instead of handed off and forgotten.

  • Landing page design & build
  • Funnel and checkout review
  • Offer architecture
  • Speed and mobile optimisation

Tracking & Reporting

Server-side tracking, clean attribution and a dashboard you can read without a translator. We report on blended numbers, not just in-platform ones.

  • Server-side tracking setup
  • GA4 & platform pixels
  • Blended reporting dashboards
  • Weekly written commentary
How it runs

Four stages, and you see every one

Nothing happens in a black box. You approve the plan before spend moves.

01

Teardown

Before anything else, we audit what you are already running — account structure, creative library, tracking integrity and the numbers behind them. You get the findings written up whether or not you hire us.

02

Blueprint

We agree the account architecture, the creative strategy, the measurement setup and the targets. Nothing goes live until you have seen the plan and the reasoning behind it.

03

Ignition

Build and launch: tracking first, then account structure, then the opening creative batch. The first weeks are deliberately about learning rate, not immediate scale.

04

Sustain

Weekly testing cycles, monthly strategic reviews and written reporting. Budget moves toward what is working on a documented rule, not on a hunch.

DTC Skincare

Rebuilding a Meta account around creative volume

A direct-to-consumer skincare brand had plateaued running four ads against a broad audience. We consolidated the account structure, moved budget decisions up to the campaign level, and rebuilt the creative pipeline to ship a tested batch every week instead of a new ad every quarter.

What we did

  • Consolidated 14 ad sets into a simplified structure
  • Built a weekly creative testing cadence
  • Introduced UGC-style video against the existing static-only library
  • Set up server-side tracking to recover signal loss

Scope

  • Paid Social
  • Creative Production
  • Tracking
B2B SaaS

Separating brand defence from real demand

A B2B software company was reporting strong search performance that was almost entirely branded traffic. We split the account so brand and non-brand could be judged separately, then rebuilt the non-brand side around the problems buyers actually search for.

What we did

  • Split brand and non-brand into separate campaigns
  • Rebuilt keyword sets around problem-aware search terms
  • Introduced offline conversion imports from the CRM
  • Rewrote ad copy and landing pages per funnel stage

Scope

  • Paid Search
  • Landing & Conversion
  • Reporting
Questions

The things people ask first

We review your existing ad accounts, creative library and tracking setup, then write up what we find — structural issues, wasted spend, measurement gaps and the opportunities we would prioritise. It is a real piece of work, delivered as a document and walked through on a call. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
Our engagements are built for brands spending from roughly $15,000 per month in media. Below that, the management fee tends to eat too much of the budget to be worth it for you, and we will say so.
No. We charge a flat monthly fee agreed up front, so our recommendation to increase or decrease spend is never influenced by what it does to our invoice.
You do. We work inside your ad accounts, and all creative assets we produce are yours to keep. If we ever part ways, nothing has to be untangled or handed back.
Honestly, it depends on your spend level, how much clean historical data exists and how fast we can get creative through. Most accounts need a full cycle of testing before the picture is clear. Any agency quoting you a specific number before seeing your account is guessing.

Let's see what's actually burning budget.

Send us access to your ad account. We'll come back with a written teardown of what we'd change and why — no charge, no obligation.
